The ACA conducted its Annual General Meeting in front of members, including Victorian and Queensland Sheffield Shield players, at the MCG last week.
The meeting, chaired by Chief Executive Alistair Nicholson, expanded on some of the key achievements of the organisation in 2015-16, and sought to establish the importance of the next twelve months for members.
Nicholson recognised that it had been a busy financial year for the ACA, especially with the preparation for the upcoming MOU negotiation.
"The AGM is an important occasion for the organisation," Nicholson said.
"To present the achievements of the past year to members, especially when they include current players, is a great opportunity.
"The past year has seen us continue our good work in the past player, cricket operations, professional development spaces; while also establishing a strong position for the very important times coming up."
