Queensland Bulls skipper James Hopes and South Australian Scorpions batter Lauren Ebsary have been voted as November's ACA Players of the Month.
Hopes received 39.3% of the players vote, ahead of Shaun Marsh (25.0%) and Cameron Bancroft (16.1%).
The all-rounder led from the front with both bat and ball, as Queensland experienced mixed results in their opening three Sheffield Shield fixtures.
He opened his bowling account with figures of 5-60 and 2-10 during the Bull's eight-wicket loss to Western Australia at the WACA.
He was back to his best with the ball in the wash-out against Tasmania, claiming 4-15 off 20 overs to leave November with 13 wickets at 11.15.
The 36-year-old also made his mark with the bat, amassing 124 runs at 41.33, including an unbeaten 69 that helped his side to a much-needed 188-run victory over New South Wales at the Gabba.
South Australian captain Ebsary narrowly took out the women's Player of the Month award with 37.1% of the vote, ahead of Elyse Villani (34.3%) and Sarah Taylor (11.4%).
The 31-year-old top scored for the Scorpions in their 40-run WNCL victory over the ACT with 94 off 118 deliveries, with 13 fours and one six.
She then contributed scores of 28 (28) and 10 (13) to help her side to a 3-0 clean-sweep of ACT's visit to the Adelaide Oval, as the Scorpions kicked off their season in style.
