Australia have beaten Bangladesh by seven wickets with 15 balls to spare in Dhaka in their final ICC World Twenty20 match.

George Bailey lost the toss and was sent into the field with Bangladesh posting 153 runs for the loss of five wickets in their 20 overs. Nathan Coulter-Nile was the best of the Aussie bowlers picking up two wickets.

In response, Australia’s opening pair of David Warner and Aaron Finch put on a 98-run partnership before Warner was dismissed for 48.
