Manager of Cricket Operations & Player Relations Kath Koschel has tendered her resignation from the ACA in order to pursue some other opportunities outside of the ACA.
Some exciting opportunities have presented for Koschel which has meant that she can no longer commit to the role at the ACA.
General Manager Cricket Operations and Player Relations Brendan Drew said Koschel’s time at the ACA has been highlighted by many of the close relationships that she was able to develop and the trust that many players had in her was pleasing to see.
“Kath is very highly regarded in Australian cricket and we are sorry to see her go.
“She has an excellent understanding of the game and was able to grow some strong relationships in the short time she has been with us.
“Kath is a passionate ACA member and we are really grateful for the contribution she made to our organisation in a relatively short period of time.
“We wish Kath all the best and will be watch with interest as Kath pursues these exciting opportunities.”
Koschel reflected on her time at the ACA.
“I have always admired the work of ACA and am pleased to have been involved in the business at an operational level.”
“While it’s sad to leave after only a short time, I am excited by the opportunities that have presented in recent months.
The ACA will be recruiting Kath’s replacement over the coming weeks.
