A stellar all-round performance from Mitchell Marsh handed the Perth Scorchers a consolation win in their fourth and final Champions League fixture, knocking the Lahore Lions out in the process.
Marsh starred with both bat and ball, claiming 2-12 before single handedly saving Perth from certain defeat with a quick-fire 63no off 38 balls.
The 22-year-old entered the crease with the Scorchers at 6-40, chasing 125 for victory. The power-hitter then did what he does best, smashing seven fours and three sixes.
Brad Hogg (28) provided great assistance in the later stages, finding the boundary four times during a handy cameo.
Earlier, Joel Paris (3-22) and Hogg (1-24) helped Marsh restrict the Pakistani outfit to just 6-24.
Before Marsh's heroics, Perth's top order struggled, losing five of the first six batsman for under six runs.
Although the Scorchers missed out on the knockout stage, the Hurricanes will be in action in the first semi-final against the Kolkata Knight Riders at Hyderabad on Thursday.
